Knowing QCS

Room to breathe.

Space to think, freedom to build, and a life outside of work worth going home to.

People, first. Always.

Not a benefits list.
It’s how we work.

Most companies say their people are their greatest asset. At QCS, everything we build for clients is built by people who chose to be here. We’ve spent years shaping a workplace around one idea: give good people room to think, real ownership, a life outside the office and something new to learn every quarter — and the work takes care of itself.

Our story. Our people.

Our journey

Chapter 01 · 2012

Founded

QCS started as an Oracle applications practice in 2012 — deep, focused expertise in ERP delivery.

What it feels like to work here

Fresh ideas are the oxygen

If you spot a better way, you don't need a title to say so.

  1. 01

    Every opinion counts.

Not as a slogan — as a working method. The newest joiner and the longest-serving architect get the same airtime in a room. Ideas get actioned, reasoned through, or set aside for now, but never dismissed.

  2. 02

    Leadership you can reach.

Senior management is approachable to everyone, equally. Decisions get made through conversation, not a hierarchy.

  3. 03

    Cross-pollination by design.

Sessions that stretch you beyond your usual work, because the best solution rarely comes from the obvious desk.

Your own space

To work and to be yourself

One space. Many possibilities.

  • Colleagues laughing together around a table

    Real workspace.

Thoughtfully designed interiors, a genuine balance of personal and shared space, and current hardware that keeps up with the work.

  • A team discussing ideas over coffee

    Green, open spaces.

More than desks — breakout corners, natural light and room to step away, so a part of every day feels like a breath of fresh air.

  • Colleagues gathered for a knowledge-sharing session

    Spaces that gather people.

Town halls, sessions and celebrations happen under one roof, so the whole company still feels like one team.

Family is not a competing priority

A career. A life.
Room for both.

We don’t ask people to choose between a career and the people they go home to. Family and mental health are stated priorities here, and flexibility with owned responsibility is built into how teams plan work.

  • A genuine balance.

Work that stays employee-friendly, flexible and sustainable.

  • Mental health first.

We treat wellbeing as a priority equivalent to the work you do.

  • Me to we

A team culture that makes it easy to connect across departments, so no one carries a hard week alone.

Make room for what’s next

Learning that doesn’t plateau

  1. Colleagues in a certification study group

    01 / Credentials

    Certifications, acknowledged.

Real investment in training and certification, so you build credentials that outlast any one project.

  2. A team trying out new technology together

    02 / Exposure

Emerging technologies as the day job.

A fast-growing practice across multiple industries means genuine exposure to current technology.

  3. Teams presenting at an internal hackathon

    03 / Exchange

Hackathons and blogging are a way of life.

Teams run regular hackathons and are encouraged to write and share what they learn with colleagues.

Single-digit attrition,
year after year.

Rare for an IT company — and the one culture metric that can't be written by a marketing team.

We celebrate you

Good work, great company.

There's genuinely never a dull moment here — and that's the point.
