Proof of Ownership, Built Into Every Product
A blockchain-backed platform that lets businesses mint, track and hand over ownership of physical goods — from the production line to the customer’s phone.

Objective
Give manufacturers, resellers and small businesses one platform to issue tamper-proof digital tokens for physical products, move ownership along the supply chain, and let any customer verify what they own from a phone.
Key challenges
- 01Ownership lived in spreadsheets and paper invoices. Once a product left the warehouse, provenance could not be proved.
- 02Blockchain was the right answer with the wrong interface — network identities, wallets and chaincode are unusable for a retail team.
- 03Products arrive in thousands, not ones. Tokens had to be minted, QR-coded and dispatched in bulk without line-by-line entry.
- 04Every brand wanted its own look, its own pricing plan and its own customer base — all running on one shared platform.
Our solution
-
01
Platform
One platform, one codebase
Built one platform — a NestJS API on PostgreSQL with a React business portal — covering items, tokens, transfers, users, billing and reporting in a single codebase.
-
02
Ledger
Blockchain behind plain actions
Wrapped Hyperledger Fabric behind plain business actions — minting, transfer and ownership history run as ledger transactions while the user simply taps “Transfer”.
-
03
Mobile
QR scan-to-verify app
Extended reach to the customer with an Android app on Google Play — QR scan-to-verify, push notifications and geo-tagged custody records.
-
04
Integrations
Connected to systems already in use
Integrated the systems businesses already run — Stripe billing and subscriptions, Shopify order and product webhooks, AWS S3, SES and Secrets Manager, and Firebase messaging.
-
05
Admin & reporting
White-labelled dashboards
Delivered role-based dashboards, per-organisation white-labelling, and one-click Excel, PDF and QR exports across every list in the product.

Key outcomes
-
01
Every Custody Event Written to the Ledger
mint, link, transfer and receipt are all chain transactions — provenance is immutable, not asserted.
-
02
Connected Process
item setup, minting, QR issue, transfer and consumer verification run as one tracked flow — nothing is re-keyed between steps.
-
03
Reporting & Analytics
admin dashboards cover users, token issuance, free-versus-purchased consumption and revenue, each exportable to Excel on demand.
-
04
Commerce Built In
Stripe subscriptions, in-app purchases and Shopify webhooks turn token issuance into a self-serve, metered product.
